Ya, bottom line is … no matter what technology you use, you gotta build personal relationships one at a time. So that can be done via tweets or Facebook posts, as long as you can somehow enter each person’s circle of friends and keep the conversation going … in an appropriate and tasteful way of course (read: personable, humorous, interested in their interests, etc.)
